Manjaro has been around for a while. It’s basically Arch for newbies. I like to think of it as the Ubuntu of the Arch world.

They offer many flavors: XFCE, GNOME, and KDE. With other community flavors offering DE’s like Cinnamon.

Personally, I’d roll with XFCE as it’s the most stable and fast DE out there.
